The hotel had large rooms with spacious bathrooms and comfortable beds. The cleanliness was impressive, with new furniture and air conditioning in the rooms. The hotel facilities were great, including a delicious breakfast with plenty of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful, with English speakers available. The location of the hotel was ideal for tourists, being close to a subway station and within walking distance of many interesting attractions.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the historic Centro of this city. The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation, attractions, and plenty of places to eat. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and safe. The daily breakfast was delicious, with fresh breads, fruits, and a variety of juices. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the room was spacious and comfortable. We had no issues with parking or transportation during our stay.
Nothing, it is perfect.
The staff at the hotel went above and beyond to help us when my wife's iPhone was stolen. They accompanied us to the police station and even paid for the taxi fare. It made a difficult situation much easier. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent. The food was fresh and there was a good variety of options. The dining area was clean and the staff was attentive. The hotel's location in the city's historical center was ideal. It was easy to explore the nearby attractions and there were plenty of places to eat and drink in the area.
